The ElevateHR Africa app is a user-friendly employee self-service application designed to streamline access to the wide range of services provided by organizations using our ElevateHR Africa Payroll system.
With this ElevateHR app, employees can easily request payday advances, access payslips and manage leave requests.
This version of the ElevateHR app features 3 modules, providing employees with the ability to request payday advances from their organization conveniently, request their payslips, and request leave.
The first module (payment advance) offers two types of requests: normal and special. The normal request allows for a deduction at the end of the month, while the special request permits installment-based deductions over a maximum repayment period of three months. The module caters to different financial needs by offering these options and ensures flexibility for employees seeking payment advances.
The second module(Payslips) allows employees to access a payslip for a specific month or a range of months to track their salary breakdowns.
The third module(Leave) allows employees to request different types of leaves set by the organization through leave policies. This module will allow employees to see available leave days for each leave type.
How to access the ElevateHR App
The employee will be able to sign in using their company email address and a password.
The sign-in functionality allows an employee onboarded by their admin or HR to log in. Each employee receives an ESS invite to access their credentials.
